Who we are?

Harman Cultural And Educational Society Regd.), Upper Gadi Garh, Jammu was established on 9th July 2018 with the sole aim of providing a suitable platform to the children and youth for exploring their hidden talent and perform at state, national as well as international level. The society has general and executive body for the smooth conduct of events and social work. The head office of society is located at Harman Complex, Upper Gadi Garh, R. S. Pura road, near BSNL Telephone exchange, Jammu. The society has conducted several workshops of dance and other activities since its inception and done social work of organizing free dance workshop and donations at orphanage situated at migrant camp, muthi, Jammu.

Harman cultural and educational society has organized a national level Dance Sports Championship 2019 on 4th and 5th, January 2019 in which about 250 children and youth from 14 states of India participated. The society as per its aims and objectives is organizing several dance competitions and sports trials cum selection events in various districts of J&K with an aim of providing an opportunity to the children and youth of far flung areas to explore their hidden talent in the field of dance, singing and acting and providing platform to display at national as well as international level competitions. The society has adopted several children and youth belonging to poor and providing them free of cost opportunities for their participation in the national level competitions. The General body of society has pledged to continue providing the proper guidance and platform to the budding children and youth from various districts and backward areas of J&K at the UT level, national level and international level competitions. Recently, Harman Cultural And Educational Society, Jammu in collaboration with Universal Film Makers Association, Karnataka organized grand beauty pageant “ IFF J&K Biggest Fashion Show 2023”, held at Spiritual growth centre auditorium, shrine board, katra in which a galaxy of celebrities from film industry were invited.
